Rendered videos won't play on phone

I've recently encountered the following problem - rendered video plays as usual on my computer (for the matter of fact on any computer I send it to), but it won't play on my phone (which is iPhone 11, if it helps). The same goes to any other phone I tried to send it to. I tried different formats, codecs, tried to render it with Media Encoder, tried to reinstall Premiere itself, restart my laptop - nothing seems to work. The most interesting part for me is that I didn't install a new version of Premiere lately - meaning it worked just fine a few days ago, but went nuts just now. Neither did I update my phone software. I have the latest version of Premiere if it helps. I realized they don't work when I first tried to send them through AirDrop, and then Telegram. It plays on the computer but won't play on the phone. 

I work a lot in between my laptop and my phone and really need to send some files to it right after I rendered it, but know I need to encode them through HandBrake additionally so those work on the phone. Did any of you have something similar?

What export settings have you been using? You're saying it worked before...but not now? I assume you've tried the 'Mobile Device 1080p HD' preset under H.264?

I've always used custom settings under H.254 (all the same ones, and it always worked). But, I just did try the mobile preset and figured what setting exactly influenced my problem - that was field order that apparently should be "Progressive". I'm no good with understanding how exactly it influences a render itself, but it does work now, so I'm happy. And thank you so much! I hope it helps to anyone that encounters similar problem and doesn't know technical specidics like me.
