I'm using Premiere in a PC and I have 3 options for Renderer:
Currently, when I'm using the first two, while I'm editing, white dots appear all over the screen.
When I use Cuda, the videos usually crash midway when exporting.
When I use Open CL, the dots that stay on the exported video.
So I have to delete the renders switch to Engine Software only, render and Export and that seems to be the only way now to get white dots on my videos.
Today I started noticing white dots when I'm editing using Engine Software Only, but it seems that once rendered and exported the white dots are not satying on exports.
I believe I'm having some sort of CPU GPU issue but I don't know how to fix. Tried updating windows and Nvidia drives, but no change. A few weeks back I did a Reset of the PC through Recovery, it first it worked but then few weeks later the issue came back. Already uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere twice.

What GPU do you have, and what driver are you using?

Thank you for the reply Neil.
For the GPU I have two:
Looking at Device manager, the driver I'm using is Intel(R) 300 Series Chipset family SATA AHCI Controller Version: 17.7.0.1006.
When I go to GEFORCE Experience it says I have the NVIDIA Studio Driver Version 461.72.
I'm not very tech savy so I'm unsure if this is the info you need, so if there is a better way to get this info let me know and I'll get it.
Thank you again.

Sorry, again, newbie on this side of things, but I found on Device Manager under Display adapters both the Intel and Nvidia Drives:
Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630, Driver date 1/16/2020, Version 26.20.100.7637
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050Ti, Diver date 2/23/2021, Version 27.21.14.6172

Either your GPU (99%) or display(1%) is faulty. Borrow a replacement somewhere and check to be sure.
