Ripple Edit Tool Features

The Ripple Edit Tool doesn't have the features such as the rolling edit tool and remix tool. I have the current 24.3 version. I've followed the instuctions to enable the remix but the info. seems dated, with files not where they are supposed to be. 

Any suggestions?

I only have ripple edit tool B. No rolling edit, stretch or remix comes up.

Can you use the shortcuts?

Sign out and in of your account and reinstall the program. See if that will make them reappear.
