     My Ripple Edit tool is not working like its supposed to??

Have you a patch or something for that?? I Use a lot if JPGs in my Animatic (Animation Edits)

I want to shorten or Extend a bunch of clips together and drag back Or push forward the edit at the same time. But it doesn't do that, It leaves me with Gaps (When shortening) or Overlapping clips when Extending. It's so annoying. as this is the most common tool I use.

MY PP is crashing more also. CC 2018 12.0.1 Build 69 - Can anyone help, please?!!

Its a bug and you have to wait for the next release (and only Adobe knows when that will be).

The New Update hasn't fixed this. How do I get this issue seen too? Does anyone know?!!

The only way to guess is to look at the past practices ... which don't always apply. But for the video/audio (DVA) apps, typically there is a release some time during or after NAB in Vegas ... mid-April, this year. But during or after can be any time from well, during NAB, to mid June.

So, by mid-June, there should be another release. There might be one before that. And we'll never know until it 'drops'.
