Rotate and crop video

How I can crop videa after i have rotated it?

First i have rotated video 5 deg.

Second i scale the video to suit the screen with no black ages. 

Then i want to crop the video, to have black frame under and over. But the croping line is with 5 deg rotation. 

So how i can crop video vertical and horizontal? I vant to simple cut the extra uselless part of video after scaling to frame.

Use a crop effect from the Effects panel.

After you rotate and scale your clip, Nest it - select the clip on the timeline and the go to the menu Clip > Nest ...

Once you have Nested the clip, apply the crop.

Greit. Thanks for help, it is so simple, and quck but none of the YouTube film show that :(.

No need to nest if you use the Video Effects > Distort > Transform effect to do the rotation.

Add Transform Effect first and Crop Effect second.

I was able to use the transformation reframe effect to rotate and scale the image, but the crop function still follows the original framing. So the cropping occurs at an angle. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

I don't see any crop control in the effects.

Why is this tool so incredibly difficult to use?

Simply type "crop" in the Effects panel search bar ...
