Screen tearing in Premiere Pro on brand new GS77 Stealth

Hello, I'm getting screen tearing on my new GS77, I've tried the usual solution offered which is turn V Sync on in Nvidia Control Panel but it makes no difference.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Which graphics card?

Are you using the Studio Driver?

It's an Nvidia RTX 3080 TI, and yes I am using the Studio Driver, thanks!
