Hi I have gtx 1070 gfx card 2 del 27 in monitors and one lg 40in tv.
I am working in Hd.
Here is the problem..
monitor 1 on the right I have normal premeire workspace.
monitor 2 on the left I have full screen playback.
now I want to add the tv for full screen playback and use monitor 2 just for bins, effect etc and make monitor 1 the timeline window.
but I cant seem to get that working..i always seem to have monitor 2 with full screen preview.
monitor 1+2 are connected by displayport to hdmi tv is in the hdmi port of card out to tv.
what is the proper way of setting up 3 monitors? is it possible? with my gear on pc windows 10.
thanks
Tommy

The settings are okay. Just need to do the rest in Premiere (Edit-preference-playback playback. You lLG TV will show as Adobe monitor 3 in Preference-Playback check it and uncheck any other monitor. Your setting will be the 2 monitors for editing and the big LG for video preview

You should only have one box checked in the Video Device box, the monitor you want to use as the destination for the Mercury Transmit:
MtD

Hi,
I have the same problem. It is probably due to the latest Pr upgrade (13.1).
I have 3 monitor (one laptop lenovo 4k, one dell 3840x2160 and one hp 1080). GPU is a Quadro M2200).
When I select monitor 3, it jumps back on 1 and 2. And it keeps doing the same.
Monitors are connected via a dock station (laptop one) though two Display port.
I'll try to change it to HDMI and maybe rename the screen...
Good luck

I've got the same problem since the upgrade of Premiere (I'm on Apple).
In my configuration there is two DVI-screen for the software and a third in HDMI for monitoring.
Before the upgrade it was useful for me to able or disable the HDMI-screen for monitoring or to changing for another screen.
Now whatever the box I check the software did'nt make the changing and it's always the same screen showing the monitor.

There is a bug in the latest release that causes this. I'm on my phone or I'd post a link, but go to the bug/features page linked at the top of the Overview page of this forum and search Transmit monitor and you should find a few oists with this, at least one has my comments.
Upvote, and comment with your details.

I recommend using a dedicated I/O device for full screen playback. Don't use the GPU for that.

A dedicated display card helps a lot as the GPU can go crazy and show only desktop and can come back only after a thousand restarts.
I have a Blackmagic intensity shuttle and I can display on both Samsung TVs using the latest Premiere. My other workstation only uses the 4 GTX 780ti displays; 3 for editing and 2 video preview/displays. The set-up has to work if done right
