Shot in 29.97, need to convert to 23.98 for edit

Our footage frame rate is 23.98 for our project, however some footage was mistakenly shot in 29.97. We'd like to convert it back to our correct frame rate and I'm looking for recommendations on best methods to do that. I'd rather not edit with two different frame rates in one sequence, rather convert the incorrect frame rate to 23.98. Ideas for best method to do this?

Just drop it into the sequence.  PP will do the conversion on the fly.

Thanks, Jim. I'm aware that PP has that capability, but as I mentioned above, I'd like suggestions on converting the raw footage before putting it in the sequence.
