Since what version 'Render In and Out' menu removed from Premiere Pro?

Correct me if i'm wrong.

On last time ago, usually, i used 'render in and out' from sequence menu to make red bar become green bar.

But today, with the latest version, i can not find 'render in and out'. Can somebody tell me? thanks.

Still there: Uncheck Work Area Bar under the hamburger menu.
