Single clip exports still

I am a newbie...

I am working on a video that ends up being about 3 minutes long. I have the entire video put together the way I want it. I got the effects and audio how I would like them. When I go to export the video I have 1 single video clip in the entire thing that does not export correctly. It is frozen when it is exported. It plays fine when I view it in the edit but not when it exports.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot of the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate before importing into Premiere Pro:

Shutter Encoder may also be used to convert to Constant Frame Rate:
