Motion Array is the leading marketplace in Premiere Pro templates, they also have After Effects Templates,

you have to register for a membership, the free membership lets you download some freebies they shared

on their website, including some few premiere pro slideshows. They are licensed properly without any issues

and you can check the @Adobe trademark at their website.

Feel free to use some of the wonderful freebies they have

They have great tutorials that teach tips and techniques in Premiere Pro and After Effects as well
