Snap video to the edges program monitor

Is there any snapping of the video to the edges of program monitor?

Video will always drop in the middle.

If you have black borders it means your video does not match the sequence setting.

Either reset sequence settings or

right click on clip in timeline and Set to Framesize.

For example, there is a vertical video, I need to rotate it 90 degrees and accurately fit into the resolution of 1280x720.

In some programs, you can quickly snap video in the preview window (program monitor in Premiere)  with the help of markers on the edges of the video. These markers are magnetized to the edges of the working area of the preview window.
