Somehow, I've got an adjustment line in my videos that sets opacity

I'm not sure what I did to get this, but now, in all my video's and images on my timeline, I have an opacity line I can set (I don't want that).  It's the same as the gain line on audio clips. 

How do I turn it off the way it was?

Uncheck:
