Source window glitch

Every time I try ro do certain tasks, as simple as dropping a keyframe in the effects tab or select an effects subtab, the window defaults back to the source tab, showing my clip. I have to then click on the effects tab. In some cases I have to do this every time I add a keyframe, making it practically unusable.
Running 23.1 on Ventura 13.1 on a Studio
Only thing installed other than a few LUTs is AutoKroma BRAW Studio for working with Blackmagic clips upstream of a basic corrrection LUT.

Hello,
Do you mean this problem happens when being on the "Source Tab" of the Effect Controls or being in the "Clip Tab" ?
I kind of reproduce in Windows if you mean the "Source Tab". My workaround is to move the "Source Monitor" into another window than the "Effect Controls".

Do you mean when you click on the Sequence tab in the effect control panel focus moves to the source monitor, not to the Source or master tab? As shown in image.
Can you share more info? Like screenshot.
Thanks,
Suraj Shinde.

Hello,
The personnal "bug" (it does not appear like a real bug though) I reproduce is when I'm on the "Source Tab" in your screenshot, and if I have the "Source Monitor" in the same "Grouped View" of the "Effect Controls".
Then if the "Source Monitor" is set on another clip than the current clip I'm selecting (like in my screenshot above : a braw clip is selected in Effect Controls, but a R3D one is displayed in Source Monitor), when I will click on the "Source Monitor" tab => the Source Monitor is displayed.
Another thing : I'm in the "Source" tab of the "Effect Controls" panel. This time, both "Effect Controls" and "Source Monitor" are on the same clip. In the keyframes part, I change the current selected frame => the Source Monitor is displayed.
In both situations, Source Monitor being displayed looks not like a real bug, but as it is on the same "Panel Group" of the "Effect Controls", it is annoying because I need to go back to the "Effect Controls" to continue what I was doing.
Not sure it is the same bug of the original discussion though.
Best,
Nicolas from Autokroma
