I have 2 scenes very similar to this PSD composite. The subject moves a lot and there are 3 angles over 1 minute. Notice the green stuff on the counter. They placed a green screen over 2 windows in the actual footage.
Can a spot key be done in premier or do I have to rotoscope in AE? ( 3angles for 1 minute is hefty)
any links to this specific type of green screening would also be appreciated.

Use the mask tools in the Ultrakey and isolate only the greenscreen/windows region - this means it wont apply to the cucumbers, or whatever they are.
Just to mirror what Mike said, you can add any key effect (Ultra Key is recommended)--and then go to your Effects Controls under Ultra Key and use the masking features (Ellipse, Rectangle and Pen Tool icons) to isolate specific areas of your video. If you have a moving camera, you can use the Track Mask features to the left of the Mask Path Property. Note: You can also dynamically use After Effects to track and key using the amazing Keylight.
