Stuck at loading motion graphics template

Hi every body

So I use Adobe Premiere pro cc 2019.

I could easily load previously imported mogrt files but now I can't.

It is stuck at : loading motion graphics template at 15 %.

I uninstalled pp and reinstalled, reimported mogrt files but none worked for me!

Help me please.

Uninstall Premiere Pro and reinstall the Adobe Desktop App:

How to download Creative Cloud desktop app

Then reinstall Premiere Pro and reimport the mogrts.

So  I use Windows 10 Ultimate and I just had changed the system locale to Persian. So it couldn't load the Motion graphics templates. I don't know why!

I reverted the system locale to English and it worked again!

Hey guy! I use Premiere cc 2021, but the error is the same. The only difference is that it is stuck at 30% instead 15%. Anyway, I didn't understand what you did to fix that... Can you explain again?

Stuck at loading motion graphics template when premier pro cc project open.

I am using premier pro cc 2020, I used mogrt.files to the editing video. when I close the premier pro cc and try to open it is stuck "motion graphic template".. Not completely load. Then I can not continue the editing. It is stuck.
