I normally work on my desktop computer, and would like to continue working on a slideshow/video Premier project on my laptop.
1. Can the project show up identically in the two computers?
a. Will a change in one reflect the change in the other?
b. if so how do i bring this about?
2. Do I need first to transfer all the photos, videos and sound to the laptop?
3. Even if they will not be identically synched--if that's not possible--what is the best approach to transferring assets from my main desktop computer to the laptop? Do I simply move all the assets to a new folder on the laptop? If so, how does Premier locate them, as the file path will obviously have changed--what's the best and simplest "relocate assets" approach?
Thank you

I recommend a). Use the right tool for the job, and the best tool for managing files is a file manager - Windows Explorer or Finder.
Relinking your media in Adobe Premiere Pro - YouTube
You will need everything on the second machine, including the project file. If you want to go back to the first machine, you will need to copy the latest version of that project file back there. Using the CC storage included with your subscription is a good way to do that.

1. Yes.
a. Sort of.
b. When you're done editing on one machine, copy the project file to your Cloud storage. On the other machine, copy that project file to the normal project folder, and open that version.
2. Yes.
3. Thumb drive. (Premiere Pro has a built in file locator.)

Thank you Jim, as always.
Which is better, worse, or equivalent: a) To simply move the folder containing all the project files. Or b) Using Project Manager to Collect Files to a new location, and use that folder?
Regarding the Locator: I've used this with difficulty before. I'm on a new computer and my assets are contained in a "Collection"--many or all of the videos are in subfolders, and the still images are not. Can you steer me to a place i can learn the arcana of using the file locator? I don't find it to be intuitive, and i have had to fiddle for quite a while before getting it to open the project completely
When you say, "copy the project file", do you mean I need only copy the *.prproj file I'm working on currently, once I've transfered the assets to the other computer?
Many thanks again

Thank you again: that advice and the video explains it.
Re: "Using the CC storage included with your subscription is a good way to do that." Do you keep "everything" in the CC storage, or just the .PrProg file? That is to say, once the clips, still images and audio have been moved and are on both compuers, do you keep them on the hard drive or in the CC Cloud? (I'm guessing Premier is faster from a HD/SSD then from the cloud?)
With appreciation,

Use CC storage only for the project file, to move it from one machine to the next.
