Hi,
I've been synchronizing video with two mono audio files (two tracks from Zoom recorder)on the timeline, I had tried using Synchronize button but it always put one audio track slightly differently to the other (I tried using sync by Audio and by timecode as well).
I decided to do it manually, grouped audio then synced it with a video, grouped it altogether and finally Merged Clips. Everything seemed to be good because it works on the timeline however after viewing Merged Clips async appeared...
I attach screenshot showing merged clip on the top and source on the bottom.
Is there something that can be done to fix it?

Notice that the waveform on the un-synced one is a lot smaller? I would guess that if you upped the gain on that clip, it would sync better.
I will say ... I rarely use Merge Clips, as it's not particularly great for editing. You lose some capabilities.
Like Jarle Leirpoll and all the developers suggest, I use the Multicam process for joining all camera and separate recorded audio. Edits better.

Thank you for your answer!
Unfortunately, adjusting audio gain didn't helps, offset still exists.
I've chosen Merging because I wanted to have the whole synced timeline as clips. I also tried using multicam syncing but it also creates strange offset on one track.

Neil, can you tell us what capabilities are lost with "merged" clips. I've always instinctively avoided it...

Jarle Leirpoll covers this in his exhaustive 1200 page manual for Premiere, The Cool Stuff in Premiere Pro and again in the new detailed (and free) Adobe informational pdf Adobe Long-form and Episodic Best Practices Guide .
Plus touches on it a bit in Jarle’s blog expansion of the pdf Multicam section: Premiere Pro Multicam .
The blunt advice is "Never use the Merge Clips function in Premiere Pro to sync audio and video. The Merge Clips feature creates a new clip which does retain the original audio metadata, which can block common audio turnover workflows."
Also, "top & tail" editing ... using the Q and W keys to quickly trim front and back of a clip, do not work with Merged clips, and some attempts to trim them will result in the audio moving on you or getting the annoying red timeline track warnings that your media is not synced. Which can happen when you 'merge clips' with video & audio that don't start and end at the same time, then cut the end off.
So it's that you lose some basic editing functionality and you lose the ability to send off to ProTools or whatever if you need to turnover to an audio specialist.

Thank you for all the answers however I still got the same issue over and over again.
I've contacted Adobe support and they suggested "Render and Replace" of the audio files indeed it helped in few clpis but the rest behave the same it did meaning it shifts after Merging (From timelne not bin) or after creating multicam sequence based on Timecode.
I don't have any idea what's happening, I never had simmilar issue but it completly destroys my workflow beacuse everything turns out to be outta sync...
I attach screenshot with example metadata of audio files - it has the same properties but isn't in sync while imported on timeline.
