System Compatibility Report

Hello everyone, recently I encountered a system compatibility report prompt while using PR. I'm wondering how I can resolve this issue.

Previously, I didn't encounter this problem when my graphics card driver was version 472.56. However, after updating to version 512.36, I started experiencing this issue.

Should I roll back to the old driver version or update to the latest driver version to address this problem?

Alternatively, do you have any other methods to solve this issue? I would appreciate any advice you can provide. Thank you.

Hola, lo que debes hacer es instalar los controladores actuales, evitando usar el paquete de video juegos, eso no nos es util a nosotros los editores.

Update your graphics card driver to the latest STUDIO driver.

There was an article that mentioned being cautious when updating the graphics card driver if your computer has a combination of dedicated and integrated graphics cards.

Concerned about potentially causing abnormalities with my own update, I decided to roll back the graphics card driver to the version it came with when the computer was initially purchased.

As a result, the issue disappeared. Thank you for your assistance.

Go to Nvidia download and install the latest Studio driver.

Do not use window or the computers manufacturer. They are usually old drivers.

After reading a few articles, I suspect that the issue was caused by the driver version provided by the computer manufacturer. After rolling back to the driver version that came with the computer when it was first purchased, the problem has been resolved. Thank you for your assistance.
