Text copy and paste not working in text layers?

Copy and pasting text into titles does not seem to work since the last update. Also ctrl - A does not select all the text text. Am I missing something here? Anyone else having these issue? Making my life a lot more tedious...

So I have to trash my preferences every update just to get back features that should already be there? C'mon man the heck is up with that.

I don't think I have, but it doesn't make me hopeful about the future exactly when I see that big UPDATE button now and I'm in the middle of a project. It did work though so thank you for the response but still, it threw off my flow and lost me valuable time.

Still having issues, CTRL Z isn't working with the program window selected frequently and I have to keep trashing the preferences to fix it. Kinda annoying.

VERY annoying by the way
