Text off center in Premiere

Hi all,

I am working on a lyric video, and I have it set up with a video in the background, and when I put in text, the video shows up through it. Anyways.... everything has been somewhat fine until now. When I go to type text, the text itself is off center from where I want it to be. This is the first time I have seen this. The other panels I have done it on have all been fine. See screenshot for example. Any ideas?

Does the sequence settings match the footage?

I guess not. The video at the time is not the same size as the sequence
