Having trouble with syncing clips video and external audio clips on timeline waveform sync.
All the basics are work fine, everything sync perfectly, but it's more on how the clips behave.
That is the logic behind which clips move to sync with the other?
For example
I have three video clips for one audio clips.
I sync the first clip and the audio tracks move in sync with the video, the video stays still.
The second clip is the same and messes the sync of the first video clip. (Here I would like to control that audio stays in place)
Then the third clips moves the video clip in sync with the audio. Suddenly it's the other way around.
How do I control this?
There was a forum thread not so long ago on this. If I remember correctly it moves the track which is earliest and makes it later (or it could be the other way round).

Thanks, I checked those out and it seems to be right answer, maybe not very logical but workable.
The right way to work on my timeline would be to have the long audio clip at the end of the sequence and all the different video clips in the beginning. And then just sync them one by one with the audio clip and the videos would move to the right place.
I actually have more cameras to sync the same audio clip thats why it got messy. Basically I should have started with the audio and sync the cameras with it.
