The updated Premiere not importing video, audio only on .MOV files

Hello,

I'm hoping someone can help me resolve this issue.  On the latest Creative Cloud update, Premiere is not importing video, audio only from my .MOV files.

Excellent advice, thanks kindly!  For this particular issue, I simply renamed the affected .MOV files and now they import fine. To be thorough, I dragged those .MOV files into my Timeline and am happy to report the audio and video works fine.  Many thanks again!

Having this same issue, have 5 edit stations, of which 2 will import some mp4s as audio, and the rest will import the mp4 file just fine

on a trial of Premier Pro experiencing the same issue with 2-days left and no one to call or chat with.  Can't import full .MOV.  Any suggestions without sending me to a forum page?

I actually had to go into FCPX and render the files (who worked perfectly there) into Apple ProRes 422 and import them into PPcc.
Work now..

I bet someone at Adobe is extremely happy to be sending people over to Final Cut to render clips that don't work in PP..
