There is no picture when loading a video recorded in grass valley hqx

Hello!

For three days I'm struggling with this problem. I have a program to resolve and call raw files on it. It writes them in Grass Vallery HQX codec. It installs this codec all over the system - I download it from the manufacturer's website.

On a desktop computer I am working, with a brother on the computer running, and on my laptop does not work. I can not find the cause.

When I drag a file it loads itself and the image is not visible on the timeline.

I even installed windows (Windows 10). I have made all the updates. I have no ideas anymore. Please help.

If you double click on the video in the project panel can you see the video in the source monitor?

Do you have a left V1 which is selected (blue) in the timeline?

Hi. Thank you for your time. Problem solved. It turned out that I did not have the codecs for quick time.
