Third party presets in Video effects folder

I downloaded Boris FX (a third-party plugin) and installed, but it appears in Video Effects folder.

I really don't like it because they occupy a lot of space, slowing my workflow.

Is there any way to install them as presets instead? Or to organize them in a single folder instad of 23 folders?

They are effect so you cannot install them as presets.

I am guessing as in how they get installed is determined by Boris.
