I no longer know what to do to be able to play the hevc files from my sony α7S III on my pc. Recorded in 4k 100fps.
Neither windows 10 with the hevc plugin nor premier pro can open them. I do not know what to do.

O.k!
Do you have another computer to test it on? Have you been able to playback the footage in Windows with the hevc plugin before?

You dont need the hevc plugin from MS. Premiere comes with the codec.
However it does not work in the trial version.

That's why they can see it at their premiere and I can't use a test, ok I didn't know that premiere pro had limitations. They are the editors, I had to buy the files and see which ones they use, but I am not able to see them in any way.
Any recommendation
