Hi

Simple question but could not find the answer online.

Does the Time interpolation setting in Export menu override the individual clip settings in a sequence?

Thanks

The clip settings are for clips that don't match the sequence frame rate.  For example, a 60p clip in a 24p sequence.

The export setting is for exports that don't match the sequence frame rate.  For example, a 25 fps sequence being exported as 24 fps.

If the export frame rate matches that of the sequence, then the export setting won't do anything.
