Timeline, text, can't do anything

I tried to click Text or others and in timeline and couldn't hit on it. Does anyone know why? I have never had this happen to me at all and I've been using this for 5 years or so....

I have screenshot recording it but it won't let me upload on here. Basically, I can't click on "T", edit box, timeline bar won't move according to my cursor. Can't click on the text if I can make it in timeline, but can't delete or edit the Text box.

I did it but nothing happened. This is what it looks like when I tried to open any project in the past without touching it. Unless I move the frame to adjust the layout, it will appear but import anything else or clicking on other things is no used. I tried to uninstall and install again, still doesn't work and it has been like this for a month.

Yes, I did. And I keep leaving as it is, it is still like that, can import video but the timeline pointing moving or click anything on it is no use! I tried everything
