when i send a fully edited project over to a collegue
the times are all messed up, its like the in and out points are all messed up
so you are seeing the wrong part of all of the clips, nothing is synced up right.
i believe this might be some kind of a bug.
is there anything I can do to get around it?
we are both on windows and using the latest versions of premiere.
its not like there are multiple video files with same name, which can cause issues sometimes every video file in the project has a unique name

that issue seems very similar yes, our footage seems to be starting from the beginning of each clip instead of the in points

There's some really funky stuff going around right now. Like the one PeruBob linked to, but also ... apparently some weird interactivity from various peripherals and the drivers involved. Peripherals like color surfaces, AJA or BlackMagic cards/boxes/devices in use, whatever.
But they seem to hit some users but not most others with the same kit. Which I would guess is driving some engineers around the bend by now. And as someone who works both in Premiere and Resolve daily, and participates on numerous forums including colorist's, this is a problem for both Premiere and Resolve.
So ... if you do have any peripherals installed, please note that also in any post on this. Probably Stream Decks or any other button boxes too. List every device connected to that computer.

Thanks for posting that you're also having the issue. Adding full details of what your hardware and media are would probably be helpful to the devs, as apparently they're getting some weird interactive problems at this time. Trying to sort things out.
