Toggle Effects On/Off for Selected Clips - Really important feature we need!!

Hello I use premiere professional for 20+ years, I do massive edits...this is a feature WE NEED! Be able to select multiple clips, a dialog shows all the effects on the clips, and you can toggle the effects on/off all the selected clips. This is super important for really massive edits where you have complex effects applied (like noise removal or flicker free), and want to turn off just specific effects for many clips to speed things up until rendertime. please add this, here is a concept of my vision..

Use an adjustment layer and apply the effect to the adjustment layer.

Then you can toggle the adjustment layer on and off.
