Toggle source/program monitor focus in fullscreen?

I would like to compare the image in my sequence with the image in my source monitor. I'd like to do it fullscreen and without stepping out of fullscreen mode between source and record. The Toggle Source/Program Monitor Focus shortcut would seem to be perfect for this. But it doesn't toggle between screens when I'm in fullscreen mode. Is there a way to do this? What am I missing?

Think I found the issue: you're probably using the default shortcuts which consist of modifiers (CTL, ALT, etc). For some reason those modifers are preventing it from working.

Remap your full full screen and toggle source/program focus to SINGLE keys. For example, I just tested numpad 7 and 8 (which are default to no bind)

Toggling to full screen then toggling program/source works every time.

That did it Jeff, thanks. Do you think that's a bug or is it a restriction on custom shortcuts (I had set up SHIFT+1 originally) I don't know about? And are you running the latest version with it still doing that? I am up to date on my system, but not at this client's.

I'm almost positive it's a bug. I was able to get it to work with the default commands intermittently by quickly mashing the modifier keys but definitely with no consistency.

Toggling works fine on my Mac. What's your setup?

That's what I was afraid of. I'm on my client's system. They're running CC v.12.0 on Mac OS 10.11.6. I've never encountered this on my own system, but I've never tried to toggle fullscreen because I've got a dedicated fullscreen monitor.
