Track Matte Adobe Premiere

Hello I am trying to use shapes as a track matte to crop video with rounded edges. Whenever I create my shape, it is the perfect size on my video, but when I apply the track matte to the needed video it significantly shrinks my shape and cuts it off. How do I fix this?

The media pixel size needs to match the sequence pixel size in order for that to work properly.

Is there a way to change the pixel size of shapes? or of the footage?

What is a media pixel size? Where I can check this values? What the property?
I met same problem with downscalling rectangle when applying Track Matte Key to a video.
But this problems occur only when applying effect to a video that screenrecorded from phone. If applying this effect to a regular video produced by premiere pro Track Matte Key effect works as expected. So I curious what the differences between this videos?

If you use the EGP instead (mask with shape) both image and matte are independently scalable.
