Thanks for responding.
In Premiere Pro my Speech to Text Transcribe button is grayed out.
My Creative Cloud subscription is not expired or showing warnings.
When I open https://adobe-voice.adobe.io/ in a browser - this is the response I get.
{"error_code":"401013","message":"Oauth token is not valid"} 
I am using a mac that is running BigSur 11.6 OS with a 2019 Intel Core i9.
As far as I know the firewall is not blocking the software.

If that doesn't work, try using Premiere on a fresh user account: https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/set-up-other-users-on-your-mac-mtusr001/mac

Hi Caroline, I have signed in and out of my Creative Cloud Desktop App. I've also tried using Premiere on a fresh user account. Still unable to get a Speech to Text Transcribe button that isn't grayed out yet. Thanks for the suggestions.
