Trouble with my Pr CC 2019 and graphic card

I have a pc with a graphic card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 TI
When started my Premiere CC I found it a driver error. It is possible to use Pr CC 2019 version with this graphical card?

What error are you getting?

That being said, your card is not on the recommended list of cards:

That card is not powerful enough and doesn't meet the minimum requirements for Premiere Pro CC. You can try downloading different graphics drivers from NVIDIA, but I don't think that will help.

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives, (how many, what kind, what is on each, and how full)?
