Tutorial "Adding a Title to the Sequence" does not work

I am very new to all Creative Cloud programs and am working through the Premiere Pro tutorials. I am at the "Adding Title to Sequence" and the directions do not work. The directions are to type "title" into the search, press enter, then scroll down to look for "basic title". However, there is no "basic title" thing to select.

I assume you're using a recent version of Premiere, hopefully the 2020 version, you're in the Graphics workspace, and typing in the search box in the EGP ... Essential Graphics Panel?

Thank you so much for this! Yes, I am using the latest version of all CC. They will need to update their tutorial because the tutorial does not give the direction to open an EGP. For anyone reading this, the EGP option is in the drop down. Thank you again!
