I currently want to have two seperate and different multicam sequences on the same timeline. However when I drag the second MCS into the timeline with other, it breaks it (video tracks disappear). Can I only use one multi cam sequence at a time?

I"m a silly goose, I forgot that I had turned off video for the video channels/tracks in the sequence that weren't appearing

There is no reason this shouldn't work.

Can you elaborate on what exactly you mean by "video tracks disappear"? The program monitor is black when you park the playhead on the clip? The clip disappears from the timeline?

Please post your system specs, Premiere version, and exact steps to replicate the issue.

You can stack multicam tracks on top of each other.  Your track selection tool to the left of the timeline determines which one appears in the source side window.  Stacked audio will play simultaneously and needs to be soloed or muted to select.
