Unable to hear audio when editing

Has anyone had this error before? I have done all the trouble shooting possible and it still doesnt work. Please help. I cant really edit anything with no sound.

and we can't help you without more information...  What kind of computer are you using and what os is it running?  what version of premiere are you running?  what are your source clip properties and what are your sequence settings?

And what are the troubleshooting steps you've taken?  When you play your source or sequence do you see the audio levels change?  Have you checked your audio hardware preferences?

Del XPS 15 with i7 7th gen. 2020 premiere just downloaded and the problem started. MP4 and MP3 files are uploaded. The sound works from any source but Premiere. The audio levels are moving but there is no sound.
