Hello, I use adobe premier pro recently, I am in 3D and I wish to make videos of my animations export to ".exr" However, when I launch the program, I do "new project" and when I arrive on the work plan I am what the tutorial tell me to do, in addition, to drag my file in the sequence (bottom right) . Nothing passes my mouse become a incone of a "red round baré". I then tried to import by doing the following: file> import> "my .exr file And I noticed that when the import to finish I click on one of my frames, and the image is black, nothing appears Would anyone have a solution? I lose patience .. thank you in advance

Hi Brizengan,

I am sorry about the trouble.

What is the source of your media files and where exactly they are located?

What are your system specs & which OS are you on?

Try this:

Open your project, click on File > Project settings > General and change video renderer to 'Software Only Mode' and delete previews.

Check if that makes any difference.

Thanks,

Kulpreet Singh

Hello Kulpreet

The source of my files comes from the Houdini software, I made a Render and then converted it to open .exr.
My files, are currently on local disk D, in a folder originally created for editing.
I use windows 10, 32go RAM, 1TO, intel core i7, Nvidia geforcegtx 950.
And use it Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017.

I tried to do what you told me, nothing has changed

Double click on the clip first then drag into timeline. Does that do anything?

If not can you upload the file to test.

Like Richard: imports just fine.

Might want to reinstall Premiere.
