In a rendered Sequence, I changed parameters on a clip effect, and the green line remained. I switched the effect off and on, and the green remained. The only way I got it to unrender was to move the clip.
So, back to 14.0.3.
Is this happening to anybody else?

When you say you changed the parameters on the clip effect are you changing them to ones that you have used before and then rendered the clip? Doing this, as well as turning the effect on and off would preserve the render files (which is desireable). What happens if you add another effect, simply delete the first effect, or changed a parameter on the effect that you hadn't previously used?

It may be related to being a third-party effect, Beauty Box. I was dragging the slider, and never rendered the clip with the FX toggle off. So, that rules out a previously rendered state.
I'll have to get back with you later about your suggestions to try, as I have projects to deliver, and am back on 14.0.3.
It was discouraging to find a bug in the first two minutes of using an "update." I should have known better than to update with projects ongoing, but I always have projects ongoing. At least Adobe offers a fairly painless way to retrograde backwards.

Reinstall your third party effect.

It's working fine in 14.0.3. That should tell you something. But, I might try this later also when I have time to kill.

I think you have your numbers mixed up: there is 14.0.1 and 14.0.3.
14.0.2 has been withdrawn.
