I'm working on a fairly complicated series of multi clips and just wondered if there is any way to flatten a multi clip then unflatten it to make an adjustment in camera angle. I did a search on the forum and only found one reference which was the same question and there was no answer.
This was easy in FCP 7, but I haven't figured out any way to do it in the various versions of PP.
Thx...Jim

Hi Jim,
while holding down "alt" (or "cmd" or "shift" - please try, depends on your prefs) double-click your nested Clip.
In this "new" Timeline you can change all cameras, e.g. colorize, exchange, move for- or backwards....

Jo,
I tried all those combinations and none of them opened a new clip or changed the sequence in any way. I clearly am missing something simple

There's no 'unflatten'
Workaround is to copy video layer wit MCam onto a higher layer - then flatten the higher layer. If you need to go back to the MCam version it's right below.

Thanks. That's a brilliant solution. Can't believe I didn't think of it. Caught in a narrow mindset I guess.
Thanks again...jw
