New Here ,

Good afternoon. I can't work in Adobe Premiere for the last month. After I create a project, the program hangs, it is not possible to work! I will attach a screen.

Please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card and your source properties and sequence settings.

And does your system meet minimum requirements

Was Premiere working properly at one time?  Did you do any updates to either windows or Premiere or add any peripherals that might have caused the problem?  You can still download and work in Premiere 2020 if a premiere update is causing the issues.

Those blank areas of your screen make me suspect a GPU issue.  Try reinstalling your graphics driver.

LATEST

Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers
Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter
nVidia Driver Downloads http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
-for Premiere Pro (and MAYBE Premiere Elements) use the STUDIO driver, not the GAMING driver
-such as (this MAY not be the latest) https://www.nvidia.in/Download/driverResults.aspx/177929/en-in

There are also intermittent reports that the newest driver is not always the best driver due to driver bugs or compatibility issues, so you MAY need to try an earlier driver version
