Updating GC driver for Video Editing

I have Windows 11, I often get updates for this. Will I get GC driver update also includes with Windows update or I have to update GC driver separately from manufacture's website? because I get following message when I tried to update GC driver.

Usually you'll get it direct from the manufacturer, for sure with nvidia do we do that. Check your driver date and version from Device manager and see if they match the latest ones at AMD.

It is very difficult to come a concluation from this information. Screen shot of both [Windows & manufacture's] compared and attached.
