URGENT. Transparent stripped lines appear in my clips when I import them

When I import certain clips to Premiere Pro, they appear with transparent stripped lines in the background. The settings are this. I don´t know what to do. I need your help guys.

If NVIDIA, try a clean installation of the 517.40 Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver)
