User Interface Bug - Playhead Position Slider/Bar Missing

Hello! I would like to get some assistance on an issue I am having with Adobe Premiere Pro.

When I get to add clips into a sequence and want to preview, the Playhead position slider/bar disappears.

Here is an example of the problem:

This is a known issue. Been around for a while.

Close panel and open from the timeline by double clicking on a clip.
