Using a plugin to cut out silence and the sequence becomes unusably laggy

Hey there, so I made a post about this before and now have some new information, but the same problem. I tried using a different plugin known as Timebolt to cut out my silences, and it worked a bit better than the other one (FireCut), but still I have the same problems. What happens is, I let the program cut the deadspace and that alone takes WAY longer than it should, and when it's finished and I press space to begin editing and sifting through, the playback window is essentially frozen on the first frame and the playback doesn't really work besides the audio. It's a few hours of 1080p 60fps footage, but still it should not matter (most people who use these plugins have footage of that quality and their footage is cut up in minutes if not seconds, additionally with no playback/timeline stuttering and lag).

Before you ask me all the basics about hardware acceleration, RAM allocation, where and what storage devices I'm using and all of that, it has nothing to do with any of that. I have a 4090, i9 14900K, and 64 GB of RAM along with 8 TB of SSD storage. I have pretty much the best computer you could have and am so incredibly frustrated by this issue. It's absolutely something to do with Premiere Pro because that's now two different Plugins with the same issue. I do not need to create proxies or anything like that. I just find it incredibly hard to believe that I'm the only person on earth who has ever had this issue. I am in desparate need of help because this plugin working would increase my workflow ten fold and bring me in much needed revenue.

Thanks for the help and letting me rant. Any replies are appreciated.

How long is your sequence?

A 20+ minute sequence with cuts averaging 1-10 seconds will likely get laggy. If this is the case, it's best to break your sequence into smaller reels.
