i am using adobe premiere pro cc 2017 to make video. But when I render video, the software used CPU for rendering video although I selected renderer by mercury playback engine gpu ( open cl) when I create new project. Please tell me how to resolve this problem. Thank!
My computer video card is Amd Radeon r7 370 which has OpenCL. Thank
My Amd card loads only 6% when I render video and CPU loads more 90%

You can't use those percentages to make this determination.
If OpenCL was turned on, then it is being used where possible.

so, gpu and cpu activity agree my setting in adobe premiere. I thought if selected render/export by GPU, CPU almost doesn't active, everything will be done by the GPU

Nope. And there's actually a list of GPU-accelerated effects. I've forgotten the direct link, but search for it in the PrPro Help files. There's more things that use the GPU than used to, but still not a lot.

Hi minatomichen,

No, you have it backward. Though most people expect that the GPU will make a big difference, in many cases, it doesn't do much at all. You see the GPU accelerating export times most often in these situations:
If you don't have any of these things going on, your GPU is likely to sit idle. That said, in cases where your GPU is needed, your GPU (with 4GB VRAM) appears to be a pretty good one. Good luck!
You can read this blog post for more info: CUDA, OpenCL, Mercury Playback Engine, and Adobe Premiere Pro | Creative Cloud blog by Adobe
If you are interested in exporting more quickly, read this article, especially the part about smart rendering: FAQ: How do I speed up rendering, exporting, or encoding?
Thanks,

Most export/render things are done by the CPU ... things like re-sizing media, Lumetri, Warp Stabilizer, that sort of effect will use the GPU. So depending on the effects of a sequence, there may not be a lot for the GPU to do in an export.
