Using command-x to cut item from bin disabled in 2023 when item is on timeline?

I am organizing my bins, latest update of PP 2023, when I select all items in a bin to command-x and then command-v in another bin, nothing happens.  Turns out if an item be a clip, image, ect is an element in a timeline we are now unable to cut it from a bin? 

Is "Trash"/" "Delete", is now clear in the options menu (right click)

I would not cut and paste but rather drag and drop from one bin to another bin.
