V22.2 - Keeps crashing -

This is the worst i've experienced, must've crashed 30 times in the last 2 days and its becoming unusable to work with, Not experienced many issues this year but now its worse than its ever been, anyone else experiencing similar issues?

No error codes, just keeps freezing then crashing, ive unistalled/reinstalled, rolled back to v22.0, cleared cache everything else recommended its not unworkable.
