Video card Setup Problem Premiere 2020

How are you people doing?

So I installed premiere 2020 and all my files look non-graphical in the green color (something that  linked to a screen card)

as i get into the premiere' its offers me to download two placbasins of video cards:
1. Intel (R) HD graphics 53o
2. MVDIA GeFORCE gtx 960M

when i make the dwolnod frome adobe it get stuck in the setup from the zip files.

so one ever get into this problem?
