Hello, I was able to figure out how to do a circle video crop but I would like to have my subjects head appear that it is outside the boarder.  Pls see attached image for explanation. I created it in Photoshop just for a visual example.

Would you know how to do this?

You will have to make two clips (superimposed)

V1 with the circle mask and

V2 with the talents'  head (just the top) masked out to put over the circle.

You can achieve this with one clip and two Opacity masks:

  1. In the Effect Controls, use the Ellipse Mask under Opacity for the circular crop.
  2. Add a second mask to add in the overlapping head area.
